Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, you must notify us within 24 hours from the moment the product is delivered to you.
As part of the return request, the customer is required to provide clear photos and a video showing that the product is complete, in good condition, and has not been used beyond initial trial use only.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved by us, we will provide the customer with a return address. The product must be shipped back in its original packaging, properly prepared and securely packed for international shipping.
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

After the product is received by us and inspected to confirm it has been returned in full and in proper working condition, we will issue a full refund for the product value only, excluding the outbound shipping cost originally paid for delivery to the customer.

Shipping – Supply Update
Due to exceptionally high production and shipping demand, the current estimated delivery time is approximately 30 business days.
The estimated shipping time is continuously updated at the top of the order page and is also included in your order confirmation.
Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days according to working days in China, where our inventory is stored and shipped from.
We are doing everything we can to shorten the wait and truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled only if: The product has not yet been shipped, and The guaranteed delivery window (as stated on the cart page) has not yet passed.
Delivery times may vary depending on order volume and are always displayed at the top of the cart page.

Product Warranty
BouquetMate is responsible for any manufacturing defect and will replace the product when necessary.
A defect report must be submitted within 3 day of receiving the product.
Defects include: Breakage Structural issues Lack of symmetry Similar manufacturing faults

Product Specifications
Product dimensions, colors, and certain structural details may change from time to time at BouquetMate’s sole discretion.BouquetMate guarantees that any such adjustments will not affect the product’s performance, functionality, or the purpose for which it is

designed.
Shipping Address Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.BouquetMate cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address.

All international orders are shipped under DAP/DDU terms.

• Import duties, taxes, VAT, and any customs-related fees are not included and are the sole responsibility of the customer
• The customer is the importer of record and must comply with all local regulations
• The carrier may request payment before delivery

In most cases, no additional charges apply, but this depends on local laws and should be checked in advance.

Failure to pay any required charges may result in delay, return, or destruction of the shipment. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for cancellation, refund, or chargeback, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Legal Jurisdiction
Any dispute between the customer and BouquetMate will be handled exclusively by the Netanya Magistrate Court (Israel).
